Amplify: Highlight the voice of the BIPOC Agilists and promote their achievements, giving them the exposure to new speaking opportunities in the Agile community.
Boost: Provide mentorship and coaching support along with learning opportunities to invest in their future success.
Connect: Spotlight BIPOC leaders to share experiences helps to nurture relationships with BIPOC Agilists in the community to increase inclusion and belonging.

Check out our Programming
At Agile in Color, we provide programming for our members that create speaking opportunities and increase BIPOC community connection. The Colorful Voices program provides a supportive space (via Meetup event) for public speakers who have a talk prepared and are looking for constructive feedback to improve their delivery. The Share Your Story program is a quarterly Meetup event where we profile various Black Agilists, technologists, and thought leaders to understand their Agile journey from a Black Agilist/technology professional perspective.
